55 inch panasonic wont stay on

hii have a x panasonic tx p50gt50b plasma is still under guarantee as it was bought last october.since I had it the tv has has a buzzing noise whenever any white or light images appear on the screen. the level of buzzing is related to how bright the image is on the research seems to show that this is a fault with some x panasonic plasma has already been away for repair once where the cs board was replaced. this has had no effect on the buzzing noise coming from the tv.according to my research the buzzing is caused because some of the x plasmas did not have the right screws fixing the circuit board to the back plate of the tv. the buzzing is vibration between the boards and the back can see a youtube video here that explains the issuehttpwww.youtubewatchvhq2szi04bygare you aware of this issue with x panasonic plasmaswould you be able to fit the locking washer screws that is supposed to cure this problemthe above video also contains a part number for the screws that should have been fitted to these tvs.are you authorised panasonic repair engineersregardsdave.
